Affordability

The Authority places great emphasis during the dialogue on the affordability of the project.

Given the nature of affordability in the context of the Housing Revenue Account, how do you believe you will be able to assist the Authority in mitigating key risks such as:-

•  inflation risk exposure; and

•  delay to financial close.
