Staffing Issues

The Local Authority intends to follow the Code of Practice on Workforce Matters in Local Authority Service Contracts and the associated Contract clauses.  Please outline your proposals in relation to the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE), having regard to the information contained in the Descriptive Document [Note: the Descriptive Document issued with the ISOS may be an update of the Descriptive Document issued with the PQQ].  Please outline your proposals with regard to retaining or re-deploying any staff and your proposed approach to TUPE transfer and pensions issues.
