Construction Proposals

Please outline your construction and/or refurbishment proposals in sufficient detail to demonstrate the deliverability of the proposed developments. Within the scope of the proposal, please address how the construction phases of the works on each Estate will be managed, particularly:-

•  the refurbishment and improvement of retained dwellings and new properties within the overall construction programme;

•  your strategies for minimising the disruption to tenants (including the provision of respite facilities, security of tenants' chattels etc.).

•  building services strategy (particularly relating to energy efficiency and affordable site based renewable energy resources);

•  impact on existing estates infrastructure for each Estate; and

•  partnering arrangements within the supplier chain (for example, proposals for profit sharing on new build for sale).
