2.2  Bidders Information

In order to ensure all of the technical information is presented in a cohesive fashion, there are some sections in this Output Specification that are intended to act as information for Bidders throughout the procurement process, but are not necessarily intended to become part of the Contract Documents.  Many however do form key criteria in the Authority's evaluation methodology.
