3  DESIGN STANDARDS

This section contains an overview of the design standards to be achieved in respect of the new residential and communal facilities to be built.  Generally, unless requirements are specifically identified in the Certification Standards in Section 6 of this Output Specification, this section is intended to provide guidance on the nature of development only.  It will be for the Bidders design team to establish the extent to which this guidance can be complied with.
