3.8.2  Doors

Doors must be suitable for access by large wheelchairs or motorised electric buggies.

Draught lobbies are to be provided to external doors (other than those intended solely as fire escapes) wherever possible, and configured such that single person passage does not cause both doors to be open at the same time.

Doors to circulation routes and communal areas shall have glass panels and screens so that, where appropriate, activities beyond can be clearly seen.

Apartment front entrance doors are to be exterior pattern with letter box, and apartment number.
