3.9  Sustainability Objectives14

The Authority requirements are set out in section 3.7.2.

Whilst this Output Specification does sets a minimum standard for energy generation (see 4.2.2j)), it does not set specific requirements on a number of issues including combined heat and power, recycling facilities, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), etc. Proposals must acknowledge and respond to the requirements of the planning authority15.
