4.1.10  Restaurant

The restaurant is a priority place for residents.

Sub-division of the restaurant is to be provided to accommodate smaller dining groups and the possibility of privacy for residents who need assistance.

The restaurant shall be designed, furnished and equipped in a domestic style with dining tables and chairs.

The restaurant shall have natural lighting, such that use of the space does not rely at all times on supplementary artificial lighting. There shall be views onto the external garden.

Direct access to a communal patio is required.
