4.1.12  Village Hall

The village hall is to be a multi-purpose activity space suitable for functions and gatherings; e.g. "craft fairs", film showings, fitness classes and parties. Height shall be appropriate to cater for these uses.

Lighting, audio and ICT provision shall be appropriate to cater for these uses, as defined in the Zone Data Sheets.

Secure stores are to be provided for a/v equipment, exercise equipment & mats, and chairs and tables.

Direct access to the communal patio is required.
