4.1.19  Staff Rest Room

A staff room for the Care Provider and where appropriate, Contractor staff shall be provided. Decoration and treatment shall be of a domestic nature with furniture to allow a range of relaxing pursuits.

A kitchenette is to be included for the preparation of drinks and light refreshments.
