4.1.25  Pedestrian Access

A pedestrian footpath from the public highway with a clear view of the main entrance is required.  It shall be wide enough for two wheelchairs or electric buggies to pass.

Pedestrian crossings of access roads shall be defined with different surface material with differing colours and textures; also by enhanced artificial lighting.
