4.1.26  Vehicular Access

A clear view of the main entrance drop off point is required at the entrance of the development

There shall be adequate space at the main entrance for a mini bus or emergency vehicle to temporarily park to pick up or drop off residents or visitors.  Disabled persons parking shall also be provided adjacent to the main entrance.

Access and manoeuvring for large delivery and refuse collection vehicles shall be provided.  In addition a convenient waiting space at the main entrance and the kitchen store for deliveries shall be provided.

There shall be clear directional signs for visitors, including road and parking markings.
