4.1.27  Residents' Patios and Balconies25

Each ground floor Apartment is to have a hard paved patio area directly outside their living room.  This shall be large enough for the resident/s and a visitor to sit at a small table.

Similarly, balconies are required to all Apartments above ground level with space for furniture as described above.
