4.1.28  Residents' Secure Garden

The Contractor is to provide a secure garden, accessed from the residents lounge.  It shall include a paved patio, footpaths to provide differing walking experiences (for residents with dementia) and a range of soft landscaping.  Colour, texture and fragrance are important design considerations.
