4.1.29  Landscaped Grounds

The external grounds to each development are to include a range of soft and hard landscaping, laid out to a high standard.

The opportunity for some space to be personalised by residents is to be provided.  This is to include raised flower beds and sensory garden features.  These are to be accessible to all residents.  The Contractor shall also provide a garden store for the storage of tools and equipment to be used by residents
