4.1.30  Community Patio

A hard paved area is to be provided for use by residents, their visitors and members of the community, for a range of social and recreational activities.

The Contractor shall manage micro environmental factors to ensure the comfort of users e.g. shelter and sun shading.

External lighting is to be provided to enable the proposed activities to take place in an evening; also to create a range of lighting character options.

The patio is to be equipped with external seating, tables, sunshades etc and suitable space provided for their secure storage due to adverse weather/seasonal conditions.
