4.1.31  Parking

Parking for residents, visitors and staff is required, positioned to give each convenient access to a building entrance.  

Car parking provision shall be based on the requirements of the planning authority.

Priority shall be given to disabled users.

The location of the parking spaces shall be visually overlooked and shall aid natural surveillance to achieve Secured By Design Certification.
