4.2  Design Standards to be Achieved

The quality of design, construction/refurbishment, finish, fit-out and equipment shall be as proposed by the Contractor in their Contractors Proposals in Schedule [ ] of the Project Agreement.

The following standards and requirements are mandatory for this project and compliance will form part of the Certification Procedure in Annex I.
