5  GENERAL DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, REFURBISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

This section applies to all aspects of the project, specifically the construction of all new Zones and the subsequent maintenance activities to all Zones.  These standards equally apply to accommodation constructed specifically for this project, but not falling under the Zone Data Sheets.
