7.1.4  Windows and External Doors

The Contractor must ensure that:

a)  Safe and secure access/egress capability is maintained to all Zones;

b)  Entrances to Zones are maintained in a safe condition free from obstruction or hazard; and

c)  Windows and doors are installed and maintained to a standard that ensures the integrity of the structure as identified at 7.1.2 is maintained at all times, utilising PAS approved locking and hinging mechanisms.
