7.1.11  Gas Services

The Contractor must provide gas installations appropriate to the facilities and maintain them in a safe and operable condition at all times36.

Every gas installation must have a valid gas safety inspection certificate (communal Zones can be certified individually or collectively.  Apartments must be certified on an apartment by apartment basis).
