7.1.12  Utilities

The Contractor is responsible for ensuring the provision of utilities including well maintained and safe access to water supply, sewerage facilities, electrical supply and gas supply.

The Contractor will not suffer deductions where an Availability Standard is failed as a result of the failure of the relevant Utility in delivering their obligations.
