7.1.13  Ventilation

All Zones must be capable of adequate ventilation to ensure:

a)  the prevention of condensation and associated damage/mould growth;

b)  the control of moisture in kitchens and bathrooms;

c)  a comfortable level of background ventilation; and

d)  the requirements of fuel burning and other appliances can be met.

Whilst the Contractor will not suffer deductions if it is demonstrable that the Tenant has elected not to employ the fully operable and adequate means of moisture dispersal installed, it is expected that the Contractor will seek to educate Tenants on this matter to promote future usage.
