7.1.15  External Areas to Zones

a)  Boundaries to Zones must be clearly defined in durable materials.

b)  Footpaths should be maintained so as to be free from trip hazards and other obstacles.

c)  Externally painted surfaces should be maintained in good condition (see Annex X) and offer appropriate protection for the materials covered.

d)  Bin stores and other external structures shall be appropriate for their purpose and maintained in a safe condition.
