7.3  Leaseholders

It is expected that the Contractor will provide all services to shared facilities and communal parts at all times.

It is expected that leaseholders will maintain the internal environment of their own apartment; however the Contractor may wish to retain rights of access to attend to any defects in leaseholder flats that could have a detrimental effect on a tenanted apartment.
