8.2.2  Recruitment and Training

The Contractor must ensure that all staff are competent to undertake the tasks expected of them.  To meet this requirement it is expected that:

a)  Recruitment processes are such that they reflect the skills and experience necessary to undertake the advertised role;

b)  Each member of staff has an comprehensive system of performance appraisal and training.
