8.3  Buildings Maintenance

Building maintenance services will include, but are not limited to:

a)  The general upkeep, repairs, maintenance and periodic replacement of:

i.  All aspects of the building fabric (including external environs); and

ii.  All building mechanical and electrical services.

b)  ICT installations

c)  Telecare installations

d)  Furniture, fixtures and equipment

e)  Portable appliance testing
