8.3.1  Required Outcomes

The building maintenance services shall be designed in such a way as to minimise breakdowns and to maintain:

a)  The required Availability of Zones

b)  The building elements such that the building quality does not deteriorate over time

c)  Facilities and equipment to the required standards
