8.3.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the building maintenance service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met

b)  Maintain a schedule of planned and executed maintenance activities to all spaces, including an integrated Life Cycle Replacement model which is to represent the optimum balance between initial capital commitment, reliability and ongoing expenditure

c)  Develop and implement systems that will ensure the effective communication of tasks and information between all interested parties (including the Authority, the Contractor and residents). This will need to be coupled with effective and rapid internal information flow within the Contractor's team; and

d)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service
