8.4.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Develop and maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the cleaning and waste management service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request;

b)  Develop and maintain a schedule of planned and executed cleaning activities to all spaces, including daily and specialist cleaning activities.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request; and

c)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
