8.5.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the emergency planning service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request;

b)  Develop and manage emergency procedures which are available for inspection at any time; and

c)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
