8.5.7  Records

The Contractor is to provide a suitable reporting system in line with the expectations set out in the Contract Management section.  In particular:

a)  Each month, the Contractor will produce a report, which identifies the percentage of tasks which were not completed or were not completed satisfactorily; and

b)  Formats of reports and other management information shall be agreed by the Authority in advance of service commencement and any proposed amendments made in consultation with the Authority
