8.6.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the Environmental Management service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request;

b)  Develop, implement and manage an Environmental Management System (EMS); and

c)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
