8.6.5  Records

The Contractor will provide a suitable reporting system in line with the expectations set out in the Contract Management section.  In particular:

a)  A programme of energy management initiatives is to be reported on monthly, including records of consultation with residents/visitors and care staff and how they have been factored in;

b)  Each month, the Contractor will produce a report, which identifies the percentage of tasks which were not completed or were not completed satisfactorily; and

c)  Formats of reports and other management information shall be agreed by the Authority in advance of service commencement and any proposed amendments made in consultation with the Authority.
