45  The Front of House service varies from scheme to scheme and as such, each Authority needs to carefully consider their requirements.  It should be borne in mind that these services are generally resource intensive and as such, carry reasonable levels of cost, especially where the standards set de facto require the Contractor to maintain an on site presence for their service delivery.
