8.7.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the front of house service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request; and

b)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
