8.7.7  Service Restrictions

The Contractor will be responsible for providing front of house services for the hours specified in the Output Specification by the Authority (although it is expected that events will frequently take place outside of these hours and where appropriate, the Contractor will provide suitable front of house support to facilitate such events):

Provision for replacement staff in the event of absenteeism (for whatever reason) is to be made.

Front of house personnel will deal courteously with individuals from a wide range of demographical groups, including residents, visitors, professional and care services, tradesmen, etc.
