8.7.8  Records

The Contractor will provide a suitable reporting system in line with the expectations set out in the Contract Management section.  In particular:

a)  Schedules of events and activities are to be reported on monthly, including records of consultation with residents/visitors and care staff and how they have been factored in

b)  Each month, the Contractor will produce a report, which identifies the percentage of tasks which were not completed or were not completed satisfactorily

c)  Formats of reports and other management information shall be agreed by the Authority in advance of service commencement and any proposed amendments made in consultation with the Authority.
