8.8.1  Required Outcomes

The Authority will require the Contractor to provide a well-maintained and attractive external environment at each site, with a diversity of high quality hard and soft landscaping treatments to provide a safe, functional yet pleasant environment.

In addition, the Contractor is to provide a high quality internal planting solution that creates aesthetically pleasing environments in communal areas and main thoroughfares that appropriately enhance the ambience of the facility.
