8.8.2  Required Information

The Contractor is to:

a)  Provide a landscaping plan for each site, detailing hard and soft landscaping proposals (including planting);

b)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the grounds maintenance and horticulture service, demonstrating how the required standards will be met.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request;

c)  Maintain a schedule of planned and executed activities to all external areas.  This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request; and

d)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
