8.9.1  Required Outcomes

The Authority will require the Contractor to provide a comprehensive tenancy and leaseholder management service that ensures the smooth and efficient running of each facility and the maintenance of a well-balanced and contented community.

The Authority acknowledges that tenancies will be granted by the Contractor as opposed to the Authority, however the Authority does wish to ensure that a high standard of service is provided.
