8.9.6  Resident Consultation and Participation Services

The Contractor will be required to develop and implement a range of initiatives to facilitate consultation and encourage resident participation.

In particular:

a)  Developing a volunteering network that encourages involvement in a wide range of activities, which may include supporting the Contractor in delivering services at the site, setting up and managing interest groups or consultation activities, etc;

b)  Undertaking tenant consultation initiatives with a focus on measuring satisfaction with services and identifying opportunities for further improvement.  This shall include a general satisfaction survey at least once per annum, and a survey in respect of events management services at least once every quarter; and

c)  Providing a mechanism that encourages residents to put forward ideas for improvements or changes.
