9.1  Overview

The Zone Data Sheets can be found in Annex IX.  The Zone Data Sheets are designed both to provide key design information and also form key outputs in each space linking in to the Output Specification.

The following example sheets provide the detailed requirements of the Authority, describing the following:

a)  Proposed activities;

b)  Users;

c)  Planning relationship;

d)  Space Data;

e)  Environmental Data;

f)  Design Character and cleaning regimes; and

g)  Schedules of Components

The Zone Data Sheets will have a direct correlation with the Availability Standards and trigger the Payment Mechanism.

No allowance has been made within the Zone Data Sheets to accommodate Contractor specific requirements, including but not limited to:

h)  Accommodation for Contractor staff;

i)  Power supplies for cleaning, etc; and

j)  ICT requirements for the Contractor.
