9.2.3  Occupancy and Spatial Requirements

This section indicates the number of regular users and/or any minimum space requirements. In the main, The Contractor is expected to have made an assessment, based upon the size of the development, as to the suitable size (and in some cases, for example communal WC facilities, number) of each stated area.  In some instances, areas are stated in the Zone Data Sheets - these are the minimum requirement in every case.
