The Contractor will maintain television aerial and amplifier systems and telephone systems so as to allow Tenants to access telephone and television services.

Provide an aerial outlet for television in the living room of each apartment and lounge.

A telephone socket point will be provided in the living room of each Zone.

Non provision of telephone point, aerial point and/or computer connection  or non-operation of landlord provided systems that allows Tenants to access terrestrial television, telephone or IT services (except where non operation is due to a failure by the appropriate service provider).
