In this schedule the Authority should schedule out all of the information it will require from the Contractor and the frequency of that information. In doing this, Authorities should bear in mind that unless reporting can be fully automated from the helpdesk function, there is a real cost to producing these reports and value for money considerations should be paid. Areas of consideration include:
• Statutory Reporting requirements (on investment, stock condition, housing statistics, etc.)
• Right to Buy Applications
