General Notes on Zone Data Sheets80

Authorities using this template output specification should note the following:

•  Data sheets should be used to provide a clear and unambiguous record of the requirements of each space, and assets that should be located within it.

•  A sample is attached for each of an apartment and a community lounge.  These examples themselves should be refined to meet the project needs, and should then be used as a template to develop a Zone Data Sheet for all areas the Authority would wish to be included within the performance regime.

•  The Zone Data Sheets should be refined through the Dialogue process, and subsequently finalised with reference to the selected bidders final proposals.
