Low surface temperature radiators to be used.

Ventilation Requirements

Natural Ventilation.

Power Requirements

As Annex V

Lighting Requirements

To suit domestic environment and as Annex II and Contractors Proposals.  This should include occasional lighting.

Water Requirements

Potable water to kitchenette

Domestic connections to kitchenette as section 7.1.10, Annex II and Contractors Proposals with connections to suit kitchenette installations.

All pipework to be insulated and concealed in a manner so as to isolate residents from high surface temperatures.

Telecare Installations

Flood detection and heat detection to be located within kitchenette area.

Fire & Emergency Installations

As section 4.2.2e), Annex II and Contractors Proposals.

Other Requirements

TV aerial point (Contractor to maintain licence).

Floor finishes

Kitchenette to have waterproof, non-slip covering as Annex II and Contractors Proposals.

Other areas to be carpeted as Annex II and Contractors Proposals.

Threshold between coverings to be detailed so as to avoid any trip hazards.
