4.1  Overview of Project Requirements

The requirements of the Project are diverse, encompassing:

a)  [the refurbishment of existing housing stock to meet Decent Homes;

b)  the development of a range of new housing for a range of different tenures;

c)  the upgrading of existing and/or creation of new infrastructure;

d)  the upgrading of existing and/or creation of new open spaces];

e)  [a new community centre]; and
