4.3  New HRA Housing

The Authority requires the following mix of unit types to meet established need19:

The Authority does not seek to be prescriptive over how designs achieve these outcomes.  Attention is drawn to paragraph 3.2.1.

Where the new Dwellings are constructed for the HRA or on a leasehold basis, the Contractor will be expected to subsequently manage and maintain these in accordance with this Output Specification.
